Refund policy

Secret Cup runs are limited-stock drops shipped from our fulfillment partner — and we stand behind every order.

Damaged or defective

If your cup arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to support@secretcup.co within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free — no need to send anything back.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll reship or refund your order in full.

Change of mind

Contact us before your order ships and we'll cancel and refund it in full. After delivery, unused cups in original packaging can be returned within 14 days; refunds are issued when the return is confirmed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
